TrueCareOK educational tools

The interactive home guide, seasonal calendar, and care-plan tools run in your browser. TrueCareOK does not require an account and does not ask you to enter contact information into those educational tools.

Ordinary website information

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, and error or security logs. This information may be used to deliver the site, protect it, diagnose problems, and understand general usage.

Phone calls

If you call 405-655-0850, the information you choose to provide is received by True Care Wildlife and may be used to respond, document a wildlife concern, schedule an inspection or service, or maintain ordinary business records. Phone and carrier providers may also process call-related information.

Jobber request form

TrueCareOK does not collect the Jobber form inside this website. Selecting “Request a wildlife inspection” sends you to an external Jobber page used by True Care Wildlife. Information you enter there—such as your name, contact information, address, photos, and description—is provided to True Care Wildlife and processed through Jobber for communication, scheduling, estimates, service, and related business records. Review the notices presented on that form before submitting sensitive information.

Your choices

You may use the educational guides without submitting an inspection request. Do not include passwords, financial account numbers, medical records, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a service request.
