TrueCareOK provides general homeowner education. It is not a property inspection, remote diagnosis, repair specification, engineering opinion, code determination, medical advice, guarantee, or substitute for an appropriate qualified professional.

Use the guides safely

Do not climb roofs, enter unsafe attics or crawlspaces, disturb wildlife, touch droppings, handle damaged wiring, open unfamiliar electrical or combustion equipment, or seal an opening until its drainage or ventilation purpose is understood. Conditions vary by property.

No emergency service

This website, phone number, and Jobber request form are not emergency-reporting systems and may not be monitored continuously. Contact emergency services, the appropriate utility, or another qualified emergency resource when there is immediate danger, fire, gas odor, electrical danger, active flooding near electricity, medical risk, or structural instability.

Requests and appointments

Submitting the Jobber form or leaving a phone message is a request for contact; it does not guarantee availability, pricing, service, or a confirmed appointment. Professional work is provided separately by True Care Wildlife and may be governed by estimates, service agreements, warranties, and other terms supplied for that work.
